Yan Shu

Yan Shu, a native of Linchuan, is a ci poet of Song Dynasty. He is said to be a whiz kid (or child prodigy) who can write poems at seven years old; at fourteen years he was granted as Jinshi by the emperor of the time; and at 53 he became the prime minister. He had great accomplishment in ci poem and some of his ci have been popular all through the ages. His youngest son was also good at writing ci poem.
